We offer 1:1 lifestyle and behaviour change coaching to anyone who is wishing to have support by one of our expert behaviour change consultants. Our outcomes have been highly successful over the past 5 years and our clients are ever increasing. We also have a number of contracts across the country offering this service for free as it has been commissioned by local providers
Phone and Online Coaching
Our service is over-the-phone and via Zoom/Skype for safety reasons during the pandemic. Offering coaching by phone or online also increases our accessibility and offers more date and time options for coaching.
How does it work?
Our confidential coaching uses an integrated Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach and we offer 3, 6 or 12 sessions for anyone wishing to have a friendly professional work with them to explore their ambivalence, set goals and ultimately positively change their life.
What topics do we work with?
We work with anyone on any lifestyle/behavioural issue but some examples have been weight management, increasing physical activity, relationship problems, family issues, smoking cessation, alcohol reduction, depression and anxiety.
