Throughout our 18 years of working in a variety of different areas and organisations we have encountered many committed and passionate practitioners who, for a variety of reasons, have requested clinical and practice supervision in order to support practice development, evidence-based practice and positive outcomes for their clients/patients.
We offer 1:1 or group, online & telephone supervision up to 24/7* to any professional who delivers behaviour change interventions to individuals or groups by our team of experts. This service is to help provide essential opportunities for debriefing, reflective practice and practice development in the world of behaviour change and in order to impact upon client outcomes. Our specialists work with all providers of behaviour change such as Doctors, GPs, Nurses, Police Officers, Physiotherapists, all AHPs, Carers, Personal Assistants, Probation Officers, Fire Officers and many more.

- An A&E staff member who had a repeat returner to A&E due to alcohol related problems. Wished to discuss best way to manage next time they attend and what steps that should be taken.
- A well-being advisor with a client who was very 'nice' and 'saying all the right things' but not actually changing. They wished to discuss how to deal with disguised compliance.
- A GP had a client who had been diagnosed with COPD and was still smoking. Patient kept using language such as 'something has to kill you' and they were getting frustrated with not knowing how to respond.
