About our Effective Case Management Training:
The aim of our ECM training is to increase skills and confidence when dealing with time-limited clients and to make the sessions as effective as possible and impact upon positive outcomes.
Example Learning Outcomes of this course:
1 To learn some key models of focusing and how to close a session
2 To explore techniques used to focus sessions and manage expectations with clients
3 To develop skills on how to effectively manage and close down a case
4 To explore and practice methods on dealing with challenging clients around focus and timings
Contents of the course:
Course Information
All our courses run from 9.30am - 4.30pm and have regular breaks. Access and mobility is paramount to us and we encourage participants to bring any accessories to make their day as comfortable as possible. We will bring handouts and information and can provide copies of the slideshows in advance for anyone needing access to this information as well as being able to provide these in a variety of formats such as large font etc.
Open Course Costs: £200 per person*
