Our work helps organisations move beyond one-off initiatives to build the conditions where people can actually thrive: sustainable workloads, honest conversations about pressure, and cultures that catch burnout before it takes hold. Drawing on the same evidence-based behaviour change principles that underpin all our work, we work with teams and leaders to understand what's really driving stress, embed practical support like reflective supervision, and shift the everyday habits and structures that shape how people experience work.
-
Our courses are grounded in evidence and designed to be as interactive and engaging as possible. Every session blends group discussion, small-group reflection, practical exercises, video examples, live demonstrations and interactive polls, creating an empowering experience that brings learning to life.
We offer bespoke training programmes for organisations of all sizes. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Drawing on years of experience across a wide range of settings, we offer clinical and practice supervision. Our service supports debriefing, reflective practice and professional development, with the ultimate goal of improving outcomes for your clients.
We work with GPs, nurses, A&E staff, physiotherapists, allied health professionals, carers, social prescribers, wellbeing teams, personal assistants, probation officers, police, fire officers, and many more.

Our integrated, confidential approach is delivered by phone and online (Zoom/Skype), making it accessible and flexible. We work with most areas of life. If a different specialist would serve you better, we'll always say so or arrange a referral. Your wellbeing comes first.

Peer supervision offers practitioners a structured, supportive space to reflect on their work, share experiences and learn alongside others.
Open to all practitioners, regardless of sector or setting, our sessions are available both online and in person. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, work through a challenging case, or simply benefit from a community of like-minded professionals, peer supervision provides a safe and constructive environment to do so.

Trauma affects both the people organisations support and the people who deliver that support. Each requires a different response.
Our Trauma-Informed Care training helps staff understand how trauma shows up in the people they work with, and how to adapt their practice so services help rather than inadvertently cause further harm.
Our TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) offer works the other way round: it equips organisations to identify, support, and follow up with staff who've been exposed to a traumatic or potentially a traumatic incident at work, through a structured peer support process.

Whether you're looking to strengthen how your service works with trauma-affected clients, or build better support for your own team after difficult incidents, get in touch to talk through what fits.

Leadership shapes everything about how an organisation functions, from how decisions get made to how supported people feel in their roles.
We work with leaders and teams to build the capacity, confidence, and behaviours needed to lead well, grounded in evidence-based behaviour change principles rather than generic leadership theory. This includes trauma-informed leadership: helping leaders build psychological safety within their teams, and adapt the way they lead so people feel safe, trusted, and able to do their best work.
Beyond individual leader development, we also help teams work better together, and support organisations to shape structures and culture that genuinely reflect what they're trying to achieve.
